Well it’s exactly one week until the wedding rehearsal and we only have a few things left to do. We have to meet with the pastor tomorrow to discuss some compatability test that we were told the results mean very little. Stupid ass test cost me 35 bux. Grrr. The tuxedos have to be picked up from the shop as well, those will get done next week. Sarah’s dress needs to be picked up as well but I’ve nothing to do with that.
It looks like we’ve gotten all of the invitations back. Out of nearly 100 we have somewhere in the 60’s actually coming. I have four friends showing up and ten family members. The rest are people everyone else invited. Needless to say, one side of the church is gonna look really empty. I guess I’ll have to hire some hobo’s as seat fillers. And much to my dismay I can’t have fireworks, fire breathers, fire dancers or anything having to do with fire at the wedding.
Six months really does go by fast. Not that that’s a bad thing though.
On an equally positive note, my friend Kevin got a new job with software company. He will be doing pc/server support for them and he starts in April. I’m really happy and even excited for him. Even though he’s supposed to be out here next week celebrating my wedding with me we’ll still be celebrating his new job too. Excellent.
