POP GOES THE EXHIBIT

from NWI TIMES

The Center for Visual and Perfoming Arts in Munster, Indiana is hosting “The Prints of Andy Warhol (From A to B and Back Again),” which is a major retrospective of the inconic artist’s works. Warhol, who was obsessed with the glamour of fame, mass-produced stars’ images to make them as accessible as canned soup. The show will feature portraits of Elizabeth Taylor and Jane Fonda. And of course the infamous soup cans will be displayed as well. Each piece will also have quotes from Andy Warhol by it to give a sense of his cynicism toward art and life.

I plan on going to see this exhibit… if you do as well,
